Kirton is a proud alum of Clemson University. He commissioned as an Air Force officer after graduation, where he served as an active-duty Combat Camera Officer, and later as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer in the Air Force Reserve. He earned both Army and Air Force Commendation Medals during his tenure. After receiving an honorable discharge, Kirton enrolled at the University of Tennessee College of Law. As a student, Kirton was active in the law school’s Wills Clinic, Street Law program, and other local community service groups. He established Madison Law, PLLC a few years after his admission to the North Carolina State Bar. Kirton enjoys educating employees about their rights and helping them fight to protect them. He is dedicated to providing his clients with the quality legal representation they need and the personal attention they deserve.

Kirton founded our law firm using the core values that guided him throughout his military career: Integrity First, Service before Self, and Excellence in Everything we Do.

In his spare time, Kirton enjoys exercising, painting, and spending time with family and friends.
