Law Office of Attorney Kirton Madison is committed to fighting for employee rights. Our mission is to use our legal expertise to empower employees and promote equality in all aspects of the workplace.

Kirton is from Florence, SC, and a proud alum of Clemson University. After graduation, he was commissioned as an Air Force officer, serving on active duty as a Combat Camera Officer and later as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer in the Air Force Reserve. Kirton studied law at the University of Tennessee and was an active member of the school’s Wills Clinic, Street Law, and local community service groups. He enjoys educating employees about their rights. Kirton is a proud autism dad who loves

exercising, listening to live music, attending art shows and exhibits, and spending time with family.
